Security approach
LogBuildr is built around workspace separation, authenticated access, role-based administration, and audit-aware workflows. The goal is to help organizations manage operational records without relying on informal spreadsheets or shared documents.
Workspace separation
Each organization uses a workspace. Application access is designed so records, logs, fields, metadata, users, billing, and audit history are scoped to the correct workspace.
Authentication
LogBuildr uses managed authentication for sign-in and account access. Users must authenticate before accessing workspace records or administrative pages.
Roles and permissions
Workspace access is role-aware. Owners and admins manage workspace configuration, while members use the logs and records available to them.
Audit logging
Administrative and record-management actions are designed to be logged so organizations have a reviewable history of important changes.
Billing-aware access
Subscription status and plan information are used to control access to paid workspace features.
Initial availability
LogBuildr is initially intended for organizations in the United States and Canada.
Privacy approach
LogBuildr collects the information needed to provide the service, administer workspaces, support users, process subscriptions, and secure the application. See the Privacy Policy for the complete policy language.
